Super-ferritic stainless steels are increasingly being specified for desalination and water recovery applications. The switch to titanium for these applications was considered to be the solution, but with recent growth in the aircraft industry and titanium sponge shortages, the high price and long lead time has restricted the usage. Super-ferritics have become the next logical choice.

The attractive mechanical properties, high modulus of elasticity, high thermal conductivity, good availability, and moderate cost make super-ferritic stainless steels desirable cost effective alloys for heat exchanger where high chloride and acid resistance are needed. This combination of properties has recently been recognized as the use of these alloys has grown dramatically since 1999. These alloys are finding uses in many applications traditionally filled by copper-nickel and titanium alloys. The desalination and water recovery markets have shown some of the fastest growth.

1. Stainless steel welded tube.

2. Material: 304 304L 316 316L 321 310S 317L 347H S31803 2205 904L, etc.

3. Specification: Out diameter (Φ 6mm-Φ 630mm), wall-thickness(0.2mm-30mm)

4. Standard: GB, ASTM(ASME), EN, DIN, JIS and other international standard.

5. Payment: 30% deposit by T/T after signed contract. The balance 70% payment by T/T Before Shipment .

6. Surface treatment: Pickling, annealing, polishing.

7. Productivity: 3000ton/Month.
